Introduction

Welcome to Pixora ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application ("App") and services. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Pixora, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pixora.

Description of Service

Pixora is an AI-powered mobile application that enables users to generate images, videos, and other content using artificial intelligence technology. Our services include:

  • AI-powered image generation from text prompts
  • Image editing and enhancement using AI models
  • Video generation from text, images, or audio
  • Content storage and management
  • Premium subscription features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts

To use certain features of Pixora, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

Token System

Pixora uses a token-based system for accessing certain features:

  • Tokens are consumed when you generate content using AI models
  • Token costs vary depending on the model, resolution, duration, and other parameters
  • Tokens can be purchased through in-app purchases
  • Tokens are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify token costs and pricing at any time
  • Unused tokens do not expire, but we reserve the right to implement expiration policies with reasonable notice

Premium Subscriptions

Pixora offers premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly)
  • Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription features, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice
  • Premium features may change over time, and we will notify users of significant changes

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using Pixora. However, by using our services:

  • You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services
  • You are solely responsible for the content you create and share
  • You represent that you have the right to create and share such content
  • You agree not to create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our content policies
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your content

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Pixora:

  • For any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • To create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights
  • To impersonate any person or entity
  • To interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • To use automated systems or bots to access our services
  • To reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our App
  • To violate any intellectual property rights
  • To engage in any activity that could harm our reputation or business

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Pixora, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are the property of Pixora or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or services
  • You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without our prior written consent
  • The AI models and technology used in Pixora are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws
  • User-generated content remains the property of the user, subject to the license granted to us

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Pixora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for any content generated by AI models that may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive
  • You use our services at your own risk

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Pixora immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and all associated data
  • You will not be entitled to any refunds, except as required by law
  • All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

You may stop using our App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms in the App
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Providing reasonable notice of significant changes

Your continued use of Pixora after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our App.
